Interax AI collects personal data during its business activities, including in connection with some client services. We directly collect Your Information from You when You:

  • Visit Our social media handles;
  • Correspond with Us via email, voicemail, or physical mailing services;
  • Create, activate, and use an Interax AI user account and/or license;
  • Express an interest in or have signed up for our conferences or products, including newsletters, apps, extensions, webinars, and other digital offerings made on Our Site or social media handles;

  • Register for and attend a virtual or in-person Interax AI event or conference.

When You visit Our Site, We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do not use Google Analytics to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We use another third-party analytics service, such as Deepgram and Sarvam AI, to collect analytical data that helps Our business function better and helps Us better understand the needs and interests of Our market, customers, and potential customers. This may access information that does or could identify You.

Information collected if You use Our products or services

Registering, creating an account, or signing up for insights or newsletters: If You register, create an account, or sign up for insights or newsletters, We will collect all the Information You enter, which may include Your name, email address, address, telephone number, company, language preference, country of residence, and job title. Once You have an account, You may be invited to provide other optional information, such as Your areas of interest.

Engaging Us for research services: If You or Your company engage Us for research services, or are considering a possible engagement, We may collect the information relating to You and Your co-workers that is needed to prepare for, discuss, and perform the services, including the names, titles, email addresses, telephone numbers, and work addresses of You and any other people We will need to contact in connection with such services. Collection of payment card information by third parties: We may collect or retain your payment card on our system where you choose to pay for any of Our products and services using your payment card. Information collected when You register for and participate in an event

Event registration: We use Our registration process to collect personal data that You directly input into Our registration forms, as well as on any other page We set up as an event organizer. Our purpose in collecting this information is so We can facilitate the event and provide You with an acceptable service. The lawful basis We rely on for processing Your personal data is Your consent under Article 6(1)(a) & (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act, 2023”). By completing the registration form You represent and warrant that You are the person making the registration or have the express authority from that person to make the registration on their behalf.

How And Why, We Use Your Information

Providing, improving, and marketing Our services and products, performing contracts, and completing transactions: We utilize Your information to assess which products or services You or other customers may favor and to provide those offerings to You. This encompasses activities such as handling Your account and information requests, as well as preparing for and executing contracts. Additionally, We employ Your information to enhance Our current services and create new ones. For instance, We monitor how You engage with Our websites and leverage that data to resolve issues and make adjustments that enhance Your experience. We may also use it to promote Our goods or services to You, ensuring that such marketing does not infringe upon Your legitimate interests or fundamental rights.

General administration and organization of our events: As a Speaker, Exhibitor, Sponsor, or Attendee at Our events, We may utilize Your details for planning and logistics, processing invoices, providing customer service related to the event, and managing Your attendance. Additionally, We may share Your personal data with other entities within Interax AI to facilitate the event’s execution and/or deliver the relevant service. If You have registered to attend or exhibit at an event, We must process Your personal data in this manner to fulfill Our contractual obligations.

Recordings: Photos and videos may be captured at Our events, potentially including attendees, speakers, sponsors, or exhibitors. Where such photos and videos feature You as an attendee, sponsor, or exhibitor, and to the extent allowed by applicable data protection laws, We may use them for promotional or, where relevant, commercial purposes. You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time, though this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing conducted by the Company prior to Your withdrawal.

Social-Media:

We may utilize Your personal information to conduct advertising campaigns on various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This is done to inform You about upcoming events or new products and to make sure that You only receive pertinent advertisements related to our products and services. To ensure that You are presented with ads that are relevant to Your interests, We may also share Your personal information with these social media platforms.

Through our Company and brand pages, We have a presence on these social media platforms and collect personal information whenever You interact with Us. How We Share Your Information

Service Providers: When Interax AI hires a service provider to help Our business, We may need to give them access to Information to provide their service. We allow them to use the information only to perform the service We have asked them to perform. We vet all service providers carefully.

Sponsors: Some of Our events and products are co-branded, co-delivered or sponsored by third party exhibitors or sponsors. We may share Your details with these third-party partners. The third-party partner’s use of Your details will be in accordance with their notice provided and its privacy policy and is not covered by this Privacy Notice.

Selected third parties that We work for the purposes of delivering to You services that You request from us: Selected third parties that We work with, where necessary for the purposes of delivering to You services that You request from Us. For example, when You register to attend an event that We host, We may need to share Your information with third party sub-contractors, service providers or other Interax AI entities. They may include IT and marketing technology host suppliers, web and data hosting providers, mailing houses, ad servers, logistics and general service contractors, catering/hotel/housing partners, freight forwarders, onsite health and safety partners, event registration partners, sales platform providers, communication tool providers, stand designers/builders/fitters, suppliers of sponsorship/marketing/PR collateral and other event collaboration partners. Where We use such third parties, We enter contracts which ensure that the third party is obligated to provide at least the same level of data protection as the Interax AI entity entering into that contract, and We take reasonable, appropriate steps to ensure that the contractor effectively processes the personal data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Notice and Our internal policies relating to the protection of Personal Data.

Legal and compliance transfers: When Interax AI needs to share data to satisfy a legal or regulatory requirement, including responding to a subpoena or other lawful government request for data, We will share information only as necessary to comply with that requirement. We will notify You before sharing Your information in these situations unless We are prohibited from doing so or do not have the information We need to contact You. We may also share information if needed to enforce our legal rights, detect or prevent fraud or security concerns, and protect public safety. We only use Your Information in ways that are lawful, fair, and transparent. We only collect Your information for the legitimate reasons We have explained in this Privacy Notice, and We will not use it for purposes inconsistent with those reasons. We will only collect the information needed for those reasons, and We will promptly correct any inaccuracies in Your information. We will not keep Your information longer than is needed for those purposes, and We will take appropriate measures to keep Your information secure and confidential. We will be accountable and responsive if You make requests about Your information.

In the EU and the UK, We must respond within thirty (30) days. For California residents, We must respond within forty-five (45) days. We may not be able to completely resolve Your issues in those time frames, but, if not, We will let You know the reasons.

Your right to erasure: You have the right, in certain circumstances, to ask Us to delete certain information and to no longer store or use it.

Your right to opt out: You may have the right to request that Your personal data is not sold to third parties. We do not sell Your personal data for monetary consideration.

Your right to non-discrimination: You have the right to exercise any of the rights listed above (and any other rights under CCPA) without discrimination by Us.

Additional right available to Nevada consumers: All companies are required to provide Nevada consumers a method to request that the company not sell their information. We do not sell Your information, but, if You would like to submit a request not to sell Your Information, You may do so by sending an email to contact@interacts.ai with the text or subject “Do not sell my information.”

How To Exercise Your Data Protection Rights

You can exercise any of Your data protection rights in several ways. When a person makes a request to exercise their data protection rights, We refer to that request as a Data Subject Rights Request (DSRR). You can email Your data protection request to contact@interacts.ai. Please include Your full name, email address, and a detailed description of what You are requesting.

Your Privacy Tools and Choices

Managing cookie preferences: We use a cookies tool on Our website to allow You to manage optional cookies. Cookies that are necessary for functionality, security, and accessibility are set and are not deleted by the tool.

Managing email preferences: If You have an account with Interax AI and are logged into it, You can select Your email preferences through Your account settings. You can select preferences to narrow the topics or the range of emails You receive. You also can select “email opt out” to opt out of group emails and email subscriptions. Even if You unsubscribe from some email subscriptions, We may still need to email You with transactional or non-subscription information. For Our group marketing emails, You can unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the email.

Calls and text messages: Some of Our accounts and services allow You to provide Your phone number to us. If You share Your number with Us, We may call or text You, for example, to provide You information about the services or materials We provide. We will contact You via phone or text only in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Do Not Track (DNT): California laws require us to let You know how We respond to DNT signals, which is a privacy preference that You can set in certain web browsers. Interax AI does not recognize or respond to browsers related to DNT signals, as the industry is currently working toward a common approach to responding to DNT.

Do not sell my information: We may use Your information to sell any third-party services or products. We do not allow other companies to advertise on Our Site or to use the Information You provide to us to sell their products or services. Please note that to the extent You are accessing Our Site across multiple devices or platforms or if You clear Your browser settings, You may have to opt out again.

Data Transfer

Interax AI’s offices and servers are located in India and the United States, and Your Information may be processed on servers located outside of the country where You live. Data protection laws vary among countries, with some providing more protection than others. Regardless of where Your information is used, We apply the same protections described in this Privacy Notice.

If You are a resident of the EU, We need to meet special protection requirements if We transfer Your information from the EEA region to a location outside of the EEA region. We satisfy those requirements by having EU-approved contracts, called Standard Contractual Clauses, among all Interax AI group companies. These contracts legally require that we protect Your Information to the standards set by the EU, even outside of the EU. If We transfer EU information outside of the EU to a non-Interax AI location, We will enter into Standard Contractual Clauses with the recipient or else ensure that the EU transfer requirements are met by other approved means.

Minors

We offer business and professional products and services that are not targeted to persons under the age of 18 years. Interax AI does not intentionally collect or maintain personal data about anyone under the age 18 years. If You are under 18 years old, please do not provide any personal data even if prompted to do so. If You believe that You have inadvertently provided Your personal data, please ask Your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to notify Us, and We will delete Your personal data.

Scope Of This Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice only covers Our Site and actions. Our Site may link to other companies’ websites. Interax AI does not control those external websites, and We recommend that You review their privacy policies. This Privacy Notice does not cover the information used in connection with Interax AI employment, employment applications, recruitment, and contractors.
